Research Paper Titled "Detection and Remediation of Dibutyl Phthalate in Plastic Bottle-Packaged Drinking Water"
My first research paper, titled “Detection and Remediation of Dibutyl Phthalate in Plastic Bottle-Packaged Drinking Water”, was published in a journal called “International Journal of Research in Science and Technology-IJRST (Impact factor- 6.258). I used different mineral water bottles and tested the presence of Dibutyl Phthalate (DBP) which is harmful to human health. The amount of DBP was detected and a method was developed to purify it based on passing the water through a pre-treated sawdust glass column.

Research Paper Titled "Synthesis of Fluphenazine Decanoate using Candida Antarctica Lipase B Enzyme"
My second research paper titled “Synthesis of Fluphenazine Decanoate using Candida Antarctica Lipase B Enzyme” was published in “International Journal of Professional Studies”. I synthesized Fluphenazine Decanoate by using easily available starting materials like Fluphenazine, Decanoic acid and Lipase B Candida antarctica CALB enzyme. The process avoided the use of Decanoyl chloride which in turn is synthesized from Decanoic acid and toxic as well as corrosive chemicals, like thionyl chloride. This process is green and atom economic as compared to the other reported processes till date.
Invention of "A Solar Energy Powered Oil Skimmer"
I filed an Indian patent for the invention of “A Solar Energy Powered Oil Skimmer.” The invention is of a solar powered oil skimmer that can be used to clean oil spills in water bodies. It is a machine that can function independently once released in water and can collect a mixture of oil and water while releasing water from the other end.
